Young Horse Raising

Our Young Horse Raising Program is structured to allow for the growing horse to be a horse. Youngsters are grouped in small herds, separated by age and gender, where they learn important herd dynamics that will stay with them throughout their lifetime. They learn how to use their bodies on our gently rolling hills - building a strong and athletic foundation that is invaluable to them as future athletes. Our mineral-rich limestone soil and balanced wet/dry climate provides excellent grass almost year round. Youngsters are regularly groomed and handled; focusing on reinforcing trust, confidence, and respect.
